This Privacy Policy explains how Caesar Tech Limited, operating as "Caesar" ("Caesar", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when:

We are based in Lagos, Nigeria and focus on crypto tax infrastructure and analytics for platforms and regulators.
If you have any questions, you can contact us using the details in the "Contact us" section.
1. Who we are
Caesar is operated by:
Caesar Tech Limited
Operating as: Caesar
Registered office: Lagos, Nigeria
For some activities, Caesar acts as a data controller (for example, for visitors to our website and our own business contacts).
For other activities, especially where we process data on behalf of a platform that has integrated Caesar, we act as a data processor or data sub-processor, following that platform's instructions and applicable data protection law.
2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

- Visitors to our websites and marketing pages
- Representatives and users of our business customers (for example, exchanges, wallets, fintechs, corporate clients)
- End users whose data we process on behalf of a platform that uses Caesar
- Government or regulator contacts where we provide B2G services
It does not apply to websites or services we do not control, including the platforms that integrate our APIs. Those services have their own privacy policies.

- Account and contact data – company name, registration details, billing details, contact persons, login credentials for admin users
- Service usage data – actions taken in the dashboard, configurations, logs relating to your use of the platform
3.3 End users of platforms that integrate Caesar

- Wallet and technical data – blockchain addresses, chain/network identifiers, and related metadata

Caesar is not directed at children. Our services are aimed at businesses, regulators and adult users of financial platforms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
